Appear at Provincial Court
Please note that violations issued between March 24, 2016 (2:30 p.m.) and August 7, 2016 will be heard at the Provincial Court. All other tickets can be dealt with at the Winnipeg Parking Authority directly.
Options to Contest
To deal with the matter at Provincial Court, the registered owner (or someone authorized in writing to act on behalf of the registered owner) must appear at Provincial Court during the timeframe noted on the Summons.
At Provincial Court you may:
- Plead “Not Guilty” and set a trial date.
- Plead “Guilty with an explanation”
You must attend Provincial Court at 373 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 4S4 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Note to drivers:
- If you are not the registered owner, you will need authorization from the registered owner to contest the ticket prior to attending the Provincial Court. Have the registered owner complete Court form 20138.
